K2United is actively seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to join our Secondary Education Sales Team. This position is ideal for someone who is self-driven, outspoken, and can easily determine potential through conversations.

About You:

You are someone who gets joy from asking questions and discerning potential solutions that will help others. You like to follow outlined processes and document results. Your qualifications include:
  • Experience in phone-based lead generation
  • A professional customer service presence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with impressive attention to detail.
  • Desire to work between 24-29 hours a week

Your Impact:

In this role, you will qualify sales leads by following a discovery process to ensure we can provide a solution that allows our educators to thrive. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Making initial contact and follow-up outreach for incoming leads via phone and email.
  • Asking discovery questions and checking leads for viability.
  • Facilitating smooth lead hand-off activities with the sales team.
  • Documenting outreach information to allow quality customer records.

Salary: $17.20/hour
